Costume Pick up

Costumes will be ready in costume garment bags with stockings and accessories. A parent or guardian must come into the studio to sign the costumes out from the end of classes on the 20th and 21st of June 2024.

Minis - minimal makeup is okay but we highly reccomend mascara as the stage lights will wash out faces on stage so to ensure we get the brightest sparkling shining faces on stage we encourage at least a brown Mascara.

Rehearsal will be the morning of the concert

June 29th 2024 at the TBA l from 10:00 -11:00am

Please arrive 15 minutes early to drop your child off backstage.

This will be a Stage and Tech rehearsal so you will not need hair makeup or costumes as there will be no costume changes to rehearse but please bring all your correct dance shoes , staff will be available backstage to assist shoe changes.

please ensure all shoes and water bottles are labelled with your dancers name.

Concert will be held on the June 29th 2024 at Nyngan RSL starting promptly at 2:00pm please arrive fully 30 minutes before showtime dressed in their costume with hair and makeup complete wearing stockings and the shoes for their first routine, if you are in more then 1 routine please bring your shoes labelled - staff will be backstage to assist with shoe changes.

Please bring a water bottle clearly labelled. no other food or beverages are to be taken backstage.

Costumes should be returned in garment bags with accessories.

If your are unavailable this day please contact office@nyngandancecentre.com to arrange an alternative time. Costumes returned after the 26th of July 2024 will incur a late fee of $10 per week as we will be sending costumes for cleaning.

Please note:

- the only senior students performing are solos - all senior group classes will have 2 routines in end of year concert.

- Circus students will not be performing in this routine they are working on their solo routines for our circus concert at the end of term 3 and their group routine for end of year.

Please wear clear or same as hair colour ties.

No jewellery - small stud earing are acceptable

No coloured nail polish

Wear appropriate underwear for your costumes eg tan black or white

Please note we do not allow parents backstage. We encourage all parents to sit in the audience and enjoys watching your dancer(s) live! We have a wonderful team backstage ready to assist your children with anything they need!

Arrive completely ready 30minutes before show time with hair makeup stockings shoes and first costume on

Please pack any other items needed for the show into their labelled garment bags do.

Please take younger Students to the bathroom just before drop off
